These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hbsje ("hbsje", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at hbsje.org. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, hbsje reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.

hbsje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
